How long does a window tinting installation take?
Window tinting installation can range from 1 to 2 hours. Varying aspects include how many windows are being tinted, the type of film that is being used, and the vehicle we are installing it on. Consult one of our pros for a proper quote.
Can I take my vehicle through a car wash or get it detailed after a tint?
Of course! As long as the windows aren't rolled up or down for about 3-5 days after the tint is installed, you will be fine as the window film is applied on the inside, not the outside.
Does the window film get placed on the inside or the outside of the window?
Window tint will always go on the inside of the glass to keep it protected from elements, the sun, etc... Our window tinting professional installers will sometimes use the outside window to measure and cut the film and ensure it fits, and will then install it on the inside.
Can I roll down my windows after the window tint installation is over?
We STRONGLY advice you to allow the film 3-5 days to make sure the window film has dried up and made proper contact with the window. Rolling them down before then will cause bubbling or shifting in the tint which can result in additional charges.
Can I wait until the window tint installation is over?
Yes! You can drop it off or wait - whatever option is better for you. If you choose to wait, we have a waiting room with comfortable couches, drinks and WiFi.
